great location modern facilities friendly staff lovely view
I just LOVE this location, right next to the train station! It makes it very easy to move around. The modern facilities and super friendly staff add to the experience. My room had a window, I especially loved it.
There was a small issue about the air conditioning, but nothing too bad!

The hotel has easy access to the train station. I also found the staff happily stored my luggage so i could explore the area after arriving early. The hotel was clean and matched the brand's standard.
I found that kettles are not provided in rooms. I asked for hot water at the bar and was directed to reception. Reception told me to go to the bar. Half the breakfast area had tables better suited for an evening wine, this wasn't suitable for breakfast.

train station city view helpful staff h o t r o o m
the hotel location were great close main train station. the room on 12th floor have superb city and mountain views. i like bar at top floor and super staff.
air conditioning was switched off, i feel hot. weather was hot but policy have switched off from previous week. curtain had be open to let air in, but train station was noisy

The location is great near the main bus and train station. The sky bar on the top floor had amazing views. Breakfast included a good variety of different foods. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
The room lacked storage cabinets for clothes.
