missing kettle missing storage
the location was acceptable as it was close to the train station.
the room lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee. there also weren't any storage cabinets for clothes, i found that quite inconvenient.

convenient location rooftop cafe helpful staff
i appreciated the very convenient location. the hotel is right next to the main train station, a great benefit. the rooftop cafe had amazing views. the staff was helpful with directions to nearby places.
the room lacked basic amenities. there was no fridge for drinks or snacks. i wish a small fridge were available.

My corner room had two large, floor-to-ceiling windows. these windows provided ample natural light and a nice view of the street below. the bed was super comfortable. I slept very well .

The location was very convenient. It was literally next to the station. i appreciated the clean and cosy facility. the top floor bar offered coffee and other drinks. I especially liked the atmosphere. the staff were very nice. They provided prompt service.
the room was rather small, i found it difficult to store my clothes. i also noted there was limited space for toiletries in the bathroom.

The breakfast on the 13th floor offered a good quality continental selection with a 360 view. I found the views amazing (especially in the morning). there were many organic and natural choices, a plus for health-conscious travelers.

This place is right by the train station. I thought it was easy to get around. it's a short walk to the center of town. I enjoyed the proximity to shops and the christmas market plaza (which was close).

great location modern facilities friendly staff lovely view
I just LOVE this location, right next to the train station! It makes it very easy to move around. The modern facilities and super friendly staff add to the experience. My room had a window, I especially loved it.
There was a small issue about the air conditioning, but nothing too bad!

The hotel has easy access to the train station. I also found the staff happily stored my luggage so i could explore the area after arriving early. The hotel was clean and matched the brand's standard.
I found that kettles are not provided in rooms. I asked for hot water at the bar and was directed to reception. Reception told me to go to the bar. Half the breakfast area had tables better suited for an evening wine, this wasn't suitable for breakfast.

train station city view helpful staff
the hotel location were great close main train station. the room on 12th floor have superb city and mountain views. i like bar at top floor and super staff.
air conditioning was switched off, i feel hot. weather was hot but policy have switched off from previous week. curtain had be open to let air in, but train station was noisy

The location is great near the main bus and train station. The sky bar on the top floor had amazing views. Breakfast included a good variety of different foods. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
The room lacked storage cabinets for clothes.
